Profitable Email Marketing Strategy

Internet marketing covers a wide variety of areas.  From website design to search engine optimization, on-line marketing is necessary to have a successful business on the internet.  One of the most important aspects is to having a solid email marketing strategy.

Perhaps you are already carrying out some email marketing.  If so, then you are way ahead of all of those businesses who don't.  Whether you do it now or not, having an effective email marketing strategy is absolutely vital to your business reaching its full profit potential.

Email is one of the most basic things computer users use on a regular basis.  This means that even if they don't do much else, most users, at least know how to check their email.   In most cases people have only connected to the internet, just so they can send and receive email.  Being able to tap into that is the key to internet marketing.

So, the question then becomes, what makes a successful email marketing strategy.  In short, it's about getting peoples agreement, to receive messages from you on a regular basis.  The reason that this is so important is that it gives you a captive audience to market to repeatedly.  The people on your email list don't have to remember to visit your website to check if you are running a special offer.  Nope. All they need to do is see your message waiting for them in their in-box and follow the link provided to any offers that you are currently promoting.

At the very least, you should obtain the email address of everybody that buys from you on-line, and the easiest method of doing that is to make it a part of the purchasing process.  Current customers tend to make up the most responsive lists for future mailings.  They have already bought from you, so they are more likely to buy from you again, assuming you have met all their expectations.

However, we all know that not all visitors to your site are going to buy something on the first visit.  In fact, it's safe to say that the vast majority of them won't buy anything at all when they visit your page.  That's just the way the law of averages works out.  But does that mean you should just let them go and hope they come back in a buying mood some other time?  Of course not!  And that's the other way an email marketing strategy can improve the bottom line of your business.

You should always try to give non-buyers a reason to sign up for your email list too.  Just because they weren't ready to buy this time, it doesn't mean they won't be ready the next time you send out a mailing to them.
Note: Place these people on a separate list until you convert them to buyers.

Finally, remember that every mailing that you send out should be providing value of some kind.  You can send out informational pieces that relate to your product, or you can send out sales pieces.  But offering value is absolutely necessary to having an effective email marketing strategy.

Trafficwave Autoresponder Review

I doubt I'm the only one who at some point in their on-line business had to decide on which e-mail marketing service to choose.  For me, I had a tough time picking the best Auto-responder service that suited my situation. I had considered and tried several services, from self-hosted Auto-responder scripts to the highly recommended web-based services, but the main dilemma was  how to keep within my limited budget and still get good service.

Choosing an Auto-responder service is a matter of balancing cost and quality of service.  Cost is critical for most on-line start-ups as they naturally want to keep business costs as low as possible in the early stages.  But you also need a professional service that is easy to access, easy to work with and has great customer support.  I found all these features and more with Trafficwave.
This review, I believe, reveals the uniqueness of Trafficwave, making it worth much more than just a paid Auto-responder service.

Trafficwave is one of the most popular web based Auto-responder services that you have to pay for.  It is unique in that its cost structure is not tied to number of subscriber in your database in any way.   While other reputable services charge you more as your list grows; Trafficwave costs the same regardless of how many lists you manage or how large they become.

Rather than just offering an auto-responder service, Trafficwave goes the extra mile.  The service they provide also includes a link tracking service, a squeeze page creation & hosting platform and an affiliate program.  This makes it more like a marketing business in a box, rather than just a straight forward email marketing service.  It stands heads above what the competition is offering and this is probably because Trafficwave was designed and created by an expert, hands on internet marketer, for Internet marketers.

The affiliate program is multi-tier, paying commissions 10 levels deep.  It is centred on a forced 3×10 matrix.  It also features co-op advertising that helps members recruit down-liners fast.  So besides being an email marketing service, Trafficwave can be a lucrative business opportunity for those who are interested in creating an additional residual income.

Trafficwave The Pros

Flat low cost ($17.95) no matter how large your lists grow

Offers a 30-day free trial before you commit any of your own money

Purely double opt-in, ensuring the quality of lists will be high

Pays through PayPal, which makes it super easy to cancel subscriptions at any
time

Includes unlimited link trackers and hosted squeeze pages, at no extra cost

Web based; so no extra cost for hosting

Offers a lucrative residual income opportunity

Includes training materials including an array of video and text tutorials

Members who are not big on recruiting can benefit from the forced matrix and
build a down-line without any recruiting.

Newbies can benefit from the co-op advertising to build a down-line faster.

Trafficwave The Cons

Their pricing model charges a newbie with no lists the same as an expert with 50,000 subscribers on their lists.

So Who Is Trafficwave For?

Trafficwave Auto-responder are a good fit for marketers at all levels.  You just have to know at least the basics of building a list.

One mistake I see many people make is signing up to a paid Auto-responder service when their business isn't making money yet.  You need to make sure you have your monthly payments covered otherwise you lose all your data and referrals if you miss a subscription. So if you are a beginner, I recommend you also join the affiliate program and start to make some residual income to cover your monthly Trafficwave subscriptions.

If you’re not going to be active in the affiliate program, then you must have a consistent source of income from elsewhere.  Otherwise, you could be better off starting with a free Autoresponder until you are ready for a paid service.

Is Trafficwave Autoresponder effective?

Earlier in this Trafficwave Review, I went over how their service over delivers compared to the traditional Autoresponder services out there by offering things like trackers and squeeze pages, etc. as standard.

This makes Trafficwave stand out in a crowd. You see, with list building it is not just about the lead capture form. Where you put the form makes a world of a difference and that’s why squeeze pages have remained as popular as they are today.

With a built-in link tracker and squeeze page creator/host, your list building is more complete.  You can get your message out there on the web without spending any extra cash.  You can also create unlimited squeeze pages and autoresponders.

That means you can even promote Trafficwave within itself and get it to pay for itself through the affiliate program; all for a flat $17.95/month.
Trafficwave delivers email through all the major gateways.  With a built-in double opt-in functionality, you can be sure that your lists are free of fake emails. You can also rest easy because that keeps you safe from SPAM-related complaints which can get you blacklisted. The same cannot be said for services that allow single opt-in subscriptions.

In my opinion, If you are financially ready, and in the market for a paid Autoresponder service, then Trafficwave deserves serious consideration.  Where they charge you a flat $17.95/month; competing services charge on a sliding scale (which I see as a penalty for your list building success).  Whilst others could give you just as good an Autoresponder service, Trafficwave offers a complete email marketing solution, complete with unlimited link trackers and squeeze pages creation at no extra cost.

The affiliate program is a great plus that can help generate some useful residual income, but of course it takes a little effort to build up, so you will still need to meet your monthly subscriptions out of pocket initially.  The 30-day trial is long enough to test drive the platform without taking any risk (you don’t have to give up any payment details during the trial period).

So all in all I can not recommend Trafficwave autoresponder highly enough.  It is not some slap-dash solution that was just thrown out there to test the waters. It is a complete, well designed email marketing system to be reckoned with. It has a great deliverability record and comes highly recommended by top internet marketers everywhere.
